1. Nature of Deliverables
Our services and deliverables are entirely digital in nature and include:

- Web applications and websites
- Mobile applications (Android and iOS)
- E-commerce platforms and solutions
- API integrations and backend systems
- Technical documentation and user manuals
- Source code files and databases
2. Delivery Method
All project deliverables will be provided digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- Cloud Repository Access: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems
- Secure File Transfer: Cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or secure FTP
- Deployment to Servers: Direct deployment to client-provided or Zenzzen-managed servers
- Email: For documentation, credentials, and smaller files
- Project Management Tools: Through platforms like Jira, Trello, or custom client portals
The specific delivery method will be agreed upon with the client at the project initiation phase.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are project-specific and will be outlined in the individual client agreement. Our typical delivery structure includes:
- Milestone-Based Delivery: For larger projects, deliverables are provided at agreed milestones
- Phased Delivery: Progressive delivery of features or modules as they are completed
- Final Delivery: Complete handover of all project components upon project completion
Timelines are estimates based on the project scope and are subject to change based on client feedback, scope modifications, or unforeseen technical challenges.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing all necessary information, assets, and access required for the project
- Timely review and approval of deliverables at each milestone
- Providing server access, domain credentials, or hosting details as needed
- Responding to queries and clarifications within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring payment milestones are met as per the agreement
Delays in client responses or provision of required materials may impact delivery timelines.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery of each milestone or the final project, we will:
- Notify the client via email or agreed communication channel
- Provide access credentials or download links as applicable
- Schedule a handover meeting or demonstration if required
- Request formal acknowledgment of receipt
Clients are encouraged to review deliverables promptly and report any issues within the agreed review period.
6. Deployment and Installation
For projects requiring deployment or installation:
- We can deploy to client-provided servers or hosting environments
- Clients must provide necessary server access and credentials in advance
- Deployment will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time
- Post-deployment testing and verification will be conducted
- Training or documentation will be provided as agreed in the project scope
7. Delays and Modifications
Delays Due to Client: If delays occur due to late feedback, unavailability of required information, or changes in project scope, delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
Delays Due to Zenzzen: In rare cases where we anticipate delays on our end, we will communicate proactively and work to minimize impact on the overall timeline.
Scope Changes: Any modifications to the original project scope may require timeline adjustments and will be communicated through a revised project plan.
8. Acceptance and Testing Period
Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:
- Clients have a defined testing/acceptance period to review deliverables
- Issues identified during this period will be addressed per the agreement
- Formal acceptance is required to proceed to subsequent milestones
- Bug fixes and minor adjustments are included as per the service agreement
9. Post-Delivery Support
After final delivery:
- We provide support as outlined in the project agreement
- Extended support or maintenance can be arranged separately
- Emergency support may be available based on the support plan selected
- Additional features or enhancements will require a new agreement
10. Geographic Considerations
As a digital service provider, we serve clients globally. Our deliverables are accessible instantly regardless of geographic location, provided the client has:
- Internet connectivity
- Appropriate access credentials
- Compatible systems to receive and utilize the deliverables
